Let's Get bodySTRONG!

Beat-based, total body strength training. You'll leave this workout feeling STRONG, sweaty, and empowered. Every class includes:

  • A mobility warm-up that prepares your body to kick ass

  • Functional strength movements using dumbbells (yes there are rest breaks!)

  • A cooldown focused on stretching your muscles effectively and bringing your heart rate down safely
