My Approach to Personal Training

I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, but I think the term "personal trainer" can sound not so personal. To put it in my own words, I'm just a rad human who wants to help you be your best self, both physically and mentally. I believe everyone has an inner athlete, and when you train that part of yourself you'll discover it drives you to perform your best in all aspects of your life.

My Coaching Method

I coach my clients to set goals, train hard, and perform their best, not just in the gym, but in life. I do this with three main principles in mind.

Your Field

Every athlete has their playing field where the hard work is performed. Whether yours is running on the pavement, building strength in the gym, or putting miles on your bike. It's your field and I'm here to coach you to perform your best there. Not sure where your strength lies? I'm here to help you find it!

Your Goals

Athletes set goals, and in my mind no goal is too small or too big. Whether you want to learn how to do your first proper pushup or you just signed up for your tenth marathon, when you train with me we set goals on your terms and I guide you to achieve them. 

Your Confidence 

Every athlete is their own biggest champion and I want you to be yours! I coach you to find your confidence in all the amazing things your body can do for you both on and off the field.

Training Session Deets!

Length: 60 min

Location: Your home, outdoors, or via Zoom (anywhere!)

Workout Type: I program sessions based on your unique goals. Options include strength training, HIIT, body weight training, plyometrics + agility, and/or mobility + flexibility. 

Equipment: I bring the equipment or we can use yours if we're working out of your home. Equipment is always based on your goals and comfort level.

Cost: $80 per session. Package discounts are available below. 

Wait, I have a friend who wants to join me! Everything is better with a friend. I offer the same one on one experience for up to three people. Let's do a group train!

I program personalized workouts through my training app that you can do at home (or wherever!). These are customized to fit your unique goals and the equipment you have available. 

Add take-home workouts to any monthly package. Book eight or more per month (that's two workouts per week) and get one free!

Goals aren't met in a week. A minimum four-week commitment is required for any package. If you want to try one session before purchasing a package, that's totally fine! I charge $80 for one session. If you decide to book a package after trying one session I apply that payment towards your first month.

Need to postpone a session? I get it, life happens. My cancellation policy is 24 hours notice to reschedule a session, but more is always appreciated.
